The first DVD in this series, 'The Effects of Rider Position', shows how the horse's way of going is a direct result of the influence of the rider. It demonstrates how small changes in position result in a more harmonious horse and rider relationship. It includes a section on how to improve the sitting trot which tends to be a stumbling block to more advanced riding.
